The Psychiatric Rehabilitation program at Karwan-e-Hayat runs as a day treatment program and includes psychotherapy, family psychoeducation and case management. Our goal is to enable the patient to return to the mainstream of life. It is an evidence-based program which was initially introduced, taught and monitored by faculty members of Rutgers University, USA.

Community outreach services offered by Karwan-e-Hayat is the treatment of choice for the severely mentally unstable patients in the community setting.

The occupational therapists at Karwan-e-Hayat assist patients in behavioral health settings through psychoeducational groups to help mental health patients to engage with each other despite the symptoms, treatment plans, and more.

Neurologist Consultation at Karwan-e-Hayat diagnose, manage and treat the conditions that effect the nervous system.

Karwan-e-Hayat’s day care services offer structured support to patients with long-term severe mental disorders. All in-patients are automatically enrolled in the day care program; and the services are also offered to outpatients, with a host of recreational and skill development activities as well as physical training to improve the psychiatric symptoms.
